Why Toxins Mean Trouble for Testosterone Levels

Common Toxins You Should Be Aware of

Phthalates and Metalloestrogens are commonly referred to as the testosterone killers.

If the term Phthalates sounds familiar, it may because Joe Rogan invited Dr. Shanna Swan on to his podcast to the disturbing research she discovered on how they are significantly causing a decline in sperm and rising infertility in men and how they may ultimately be contributing to the possible extinction of the human species.

What are Phthalates?
Phthalates, or phthalate esters, are esters of phthalic acid. They are mainly used as plasticizers, i.e., substances added to plastics to increase their flexibility, transparency, durability, and longevity. They are used primarily to soften polyvinyl chloride. They are found in anything that contains plastic; like water bottles, food containers, etc.

What are Metalloestrogens?
Metalloestrogens are a new class of estrogen-mimicking compounds. They include a number of metals, such as aluminum, copper, lead, mercury, barium, cadmium, tin cobalt, and others which are added to thousands of consumer products, including vaccines.

Where are these chemicals coming from?
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to escape them as they are commonly found in:

  • Food
  • Receipts
  • Toilet Paper
  • Plastics
  • Canned Food
  • Cleaning Products
  • Fertilizers
  • And More!

But difficult doesn’t mean impossible!

Tune into this  podcast episode of Life On Purpose featuring urologist Dr. Tracy Gapin to learn more about how you can avoid these chemicals and what you can do to prevent the unwanted symptoms they cause.
