Dr. Haskell is Board Certified with the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He graduated with his MD degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in May of 1991. Dr. Haskell is Licensed in Idaho, Wyoming and Arizona. Dr. Haskell worked as an ER physician at Powell Valley Healthcare in Powell Wyoming. Dr. Haskell as done Obstetrics and Surgery covering procedures and surgies such as: C-Section both emergent and scheduled, appendectomies both open and with a scope, hernias, EGD's, Colonoscopies and tonsillectomies.
