Dr. Wingert is a graduate of Stanford University and UCSF School of Medicine.  He completed the UCSF Fresno Family Practice Residency Program in 1983.  He has been in private practice in the Fresno/Clovis area for nearly 40 years and is board certified in Family Medicine.  He was board certified in acupuncture in 2000 and completed an advanced fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and was board certified in 2010.  Dr. Wingert has been providing prolotherapy and ozone for his patients for over 10 years.  For the last several years we have been offering PRP (platelet enriched plasma) and EV (extracellular vesicles, also known as exosomes which are how stem cells regenerate tissue).  He is pleased to now offer the Gainswave method for erectile dysfunction for his patients.
